I have been practising Eastern techniques for my own spiritual and physical health for many years. Some of these are ancient Taoist meditations, others are part of yoga and chi-gong. I've also delved into Tantric breathing and mindfulness. A discussion group on these techniques may be helpful for overcoming stubborn weight issues, emotional eating and achieving peak performance.
